Nexandria makes onchain and offchain data universally useful for surfacing insight and building the next generation of web3 products

Nexandria makes onchain and offchain data universally useful for surfacing insight and building the next generation of web3 products

Our Mission

Nexandria's mission is to enable access to amazing insights and the next generation of Web3 products by making blockchain data available at blazing speed and lower costs. Blockchains allow the internet and technologies powering markets and economies to be fairer, more efficient, accurate, secure, and nearly indestructible. In a way, blockchains allow us to safeguard the information of the world so our collective knowledge cannot be destroyed.

But, it is clear that blockchain technology needs better infrastructure and tooling to realize its full potential. Today, onchain data access is either very slow, or very expensive, or incomplete. This is where Nexandria comes in. We have built core infrastructure from the ground up that solves the onchain data access trilemma of speed, cost and completeness. Our tech doesn't depend on any off-the-shelf software, neither it is available elsewhere. Our aim is to leverage our tech to enable excellent Web3 user experiences. By making it faster and cheaper to access data, Nexandria allows blockchains, developers, investors, and enterprises to create new markets and economies of scale.

Behind the Name

Behind the Name

Behind the Name

Nexandria is derived from our team’s collective love of libraries, information, and belief that knowledge is central to technological advancements that can improve humanity. A central goal of our company is to provide technology that is helping to build the next internet, a kind of next Library of Alexandria that cannot be destroyed.

Founders

Frederic has experienced first-hand both the potential and challenges when building products and applications on the blockchain. The challenges motivated him to start Nexandria and explore what could make the process of building useful products easier for everyone. He used his experience building financial systems at Coinbase and systems for Google Shopping that serve millions of customers to create the Nexandria Data Semantic Engine and Platform.

Omkar's experience leading Institutional Custody engineering at Coinbase opened his eyes to the technological shortcomings of current infrastructure for building scalable applications that meet the needs of users. His crypto experience paired with his work on Search & Shopping infrastructure at Google inspired him to work on bringing Nexandria's mission of making onchain and offchain data universally accessible and useful for building next generation products and applications.
